Shiela's Shaman Shack arose from over a year of inner promptings to share my personal style of energy guidance in a unique and inviting way. The "name" came to me as a resonance that conveyed a spirit of invitation, exploration and curiosity that melds with my own "fun-loving" nature and inner hearts desire to embrace the gifts I am graciously being led to share.
Maybe one day there will be a "physical location", but for now the concept of Shiela's Shaman Shack is one of sharing energetic space either physically or remotely while being connected with another/others and utilizing the multiple tools and ways similar to that of a Shaman.
The tools I use and spirit of what I offer feels most closely associated to the work of a Shaman. While I have training in several energy modalities I resonate closely with this description as I individualize most services based on an empathic energetic assessment. It is truly my hearts desire to be a guide and support for those wanting to connect within so they may more freely gain feelings of trust in their own inner truth.
Choosing to live a healthy and fulfilling life includes physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual components that can be more easily connected and balanced through energetic support. Many of us are unaware of the etheric and astral parts of our "bodies" which are also part of us and equally in need of support.
In order to live a higher quality life, maintaining optimal wellness is key. Everything we feel and do relates to our well-being and directly affects our actions and emotions. In order to subdue stress, reduce illness, and ensure positive moments in your life, it is important to achieve optimal wellness and life balance.
To achieve optimal wellness, one must apply it towards every possible endeavor. You can apply a wellness approach towards your environment, community, career, belief systems, physical activities, self care, healthy eating, self esteem, and creative activities. Applying wellness in your everyday life will allow you to achieve your full potential and live with passion and purpose.
