Greetings! 

Please allow me to introduce myself a bit so you may gain a sense of connection to the background to what I offer here. 

I would say that while I am not much of a fan for labels or titles, I do appreciate that sometimes they can be useful in terms of helping us to make a front-end connection. So, while I do not “hang my hat” on any one in particular, I hope this summary is helpful for you to “get to know me” a bit better. 

I consider myself an empath, energetically sensitive, lucid dreamer, shaman, and energy guide. I am a Level II TransCODES energy healing coach. I have training in shamanism, Qigong, and mediation processes. I have a master degree in counseling; a license in Clinical Social Work; and over 20 years of experience working with families and children.

I have always had an innate belief that we all have a life giving inner personal connection to a divine creator.  Although not of a specific “religion”, I consider myself spiritual and open to the connection of all. 

I have always been drawn to all things of nature (plants, the elements, and especially animals) as well as different types of mystical work and processes.

Trying to navigate a human existence has been a challenge and resulted in a lifetime of questioning personal connections and thus naturally seemed to create a desire for me to gain some semblance of understanding for human existence and our interactions.

With an overall thirst for inner truth, to both help myself and others "find their way", I have been drawn to the use of many forms of the metaphysical and natural solutions for healing -  mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. I have been able to utilize many different tools in support of such change - including the use of crystals, essential oils, Tarot, meditation, energy work, and journeying to name a few. I have been graciously blessed to have learned that by connecting energetically I have been able to gain a sense of the many opportunities to balance all of these areas when connected to the source of divine light and creation. 

I have personally sought my own guidance in work with others through: Quantum physics/healing, Crystalline Consciousness Technique, Vibrational Upgrade ™, Shamanism, Yoga, Qigong, Meditation, Energy readings, and TransCODES ™ programs to name a few. As well as utilizing other traditional forms of support such as counseling and recovery group processing.
