  Any form of guided meditation, supported spaces, and energy work are new to me. As an empath and bodyworker, I tend to carry emotional weights that are not my own. Without a plan to protect myself, navigate through my own emotions and figure out what was mine to own, I needed support. After my first group session, I wanted a more dialed in and personal indepth session. Shiela made the experience, calm, safe and rewarding one. Thankful for those who are able to allow us time and space to figure!   

Shiela had been clearing my business of unwanted vibes for over a year, so I decided to have her come to my house and do the same thing. During her home visit she guided through some meditation and also helped me navigate some negative emotions I was experiencing in my relationship.  It’s hard to explain what she does but I felt lighter and had a clearer vision of how to deal with my issues.
