Assessment of "energetic event/crisis" - Situational assistance in assessing and reading a  moment of blockage to provide signals and messages for immediate guidance.   (preferably remote)

Assessment and reading of initial energy;  set, hold, adjust, personal energy field through basic clearing.  Unique forms of guidance is used allowing your energy to flow/self heal.

Providing an opportunity for support - in personal, business, and/or group discussion/"arbitration".  

Assistance and guidance can be provided by combining the use of energetic techniques, facilitation experience, and mediation training.

ALL sessions that are individualized are based off of an initial assessment of the individual(s) and/or space.  This is done prior to the session and occurs remotely.  

Services are a blend of multiple modalities designed from inner promptings resulting from this initial assessment and are based on guidance specific to the individual and/or space.  

Sessions may include the use of crystals, essential oils, sounds, clearing and/or grounding techniques (i.e. sage, palo santo, incense, use of water), chakra assessment, and/or other tools to aide in clearing and holding energetic space for the individual or to clear a physical space.

Basic hour in person sessions typically include:

- assess/read initial energy

- adjust, set, hold, - basic clearing of energetic space

- unique forms of guidance is used, allowing your energy to flow/self heal/realignment

- provide feedback - verbally, messaging, guidance, recommendations etc. 

(When in person - physical space set up and healing hands techniques similar to Reiki may be utilized)

Remote sessions, clearings, readings typically include:

- all the above minus physical space set up (however tips and recommendations can be given prior to session to create your own space) 

- and guidance/feedback discussion are usually through Skype or another prearranged tool.

Physical space clearings typically include:

- assess space - energetically "read" the location

- set up 

- read/adjust - space

- clear space

- report out/provide -guidance/recommendations/consultation

Often times many people notice an open awareness that becomes clearer over the following days or weeks after sessions.  As if there is an opening to self knowledge that becomes clearer.  While this may be subtle for some, others may experience immediate feelings of "lightness", sense of "relief", emotional releases, "visions" and/or awarenesses that are clear and vivid.  

Sometimes there are physical feelings and symptoms that are signs of release, coughing, sneezing, running nose, eyes, tearfulness, belching, gas etc.  One may become more aware of specific locations of the body that start to have tingling, tickling, itching, and/or other sensations.  

There may be dizziness, lightheadedness, nausea, difficulty focusing etc.

Basically there are many possible "reactions" to our energetic space "moving" and/or adjusting.  These are not things to be worried by but rather become aware of and in tune with your own body and system as these same symptoms frequently occur throughout our days anyway when releases are triggered by  our own systems natural clearing mechanisms when in connections with other energy bodies in our vicinity.
